Made as directed (except for the addition of zucchini that I stir fried right after the shrimp and then threw in the same bowl) and it was delicious. So creamy. However, I would reduce the lemon a bit for my taste. I felt it was a bit overwheling

Next time I will cut back a little on the pesto. Also, I added a small chopped onion and a small chopped bell pepper. I am Cajun and we don’t cook anything without onion and bell pepper.
