Defrost then gently unroll the pastry sheet.

Cut puff pastry sheet into 8 equal rectangles.

Place Hershey's Dark Chocolate squares in the middle of the puff pastry rectangles.

Fold puff pastry over the chocolate.

Brush egg wash (1 egg, 1 tablespoon water) in between the folded edges to seal. Brush over tops of pastry.

Bake at 400°F for 14-15 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven.
