HOT SPINACH &

ARTICHOKE DIP

Add fresh baby spinach leaves, butter and garlic to an oven-proof skillet. Heat over medium-high.

STEP 1

Sauté the spinach and the garlic in the butter until spinach wilts and the garlic is fragrant.

STEP 2

Combine cream cheese, sour cream,  jack cheese, parmesan cheese, and the drained artichoke hearts with spinach.

STEP 3

Heat the cheese, artichoke and spinach mixture stirring continually until evenly combined and soft.

STEP 4

Top with more cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Broil if you want the top to be browned.

STEP 5

Remove from the oven. Serve with chips, carrot sticks, bell pepper slices, apple slices or pieces of bread.
