Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until evenly combined.
Stir in ham, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
Slice the top of the loaf of French bread off parallel to the loaf.
Then scoop out as much of the bread as you can without tearing through the crust. Cut excess bread into cubes and store in an airtight container to serve with the dip.
Fill hollowed out loaf with the prepared dip.
Wrap with aluminum foil, tenting the foil loosely over the dip.
Bake for 35 minutes. Afterwards, remove the foil, top with some extra cheese, if desired, and bake for another 10 minutes to toast the top of the dip. Garnish with some sliced green onions and serve.
