Preheat the oven to 350°F. Microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds - 1 minute until it is melted and can be easily stirred.
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, taco seasoning, and half of the cheese.
Spread mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish or a quarter sheet pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese onto the dip.
Bake for 30 minutes until dip is hot and bubbly and cheese is beginning to brown.
