Cut potatoes into 8 wedges each. Do not peel.
Combine spices and oil in a medium bowl. Toss with potato wedges.
Cook in air fryer at 400°F for about 15 minutes, tossing once while cooking.
Test a potato with a fork to make sure it’s cooked through.
Sprinkle the wedges with parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Air fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from air fryer, season with more salt, if desired. Serve.
Air Fryer Notes:
Some air fryers have a pre-heat option. Preheating may reduce the cooking time a little bit.
Air fryers need space between the food items to circulate and cook properly. Do not overcrowd your air fryer.
Recipe Notes:
You can use parchment paper in the bottom of your air fryer to avoid sticking or spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
