Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients:
½cup buttermelted
1½cupsgraham cracker crumbs
¼cupsugar
Banana Layer Ingredients:
4bananas
1teaspoonlemon juice
8 oz cream cheesesoftened
1teaspoonvanilla extract
3.4oz package of instant banana pudding mix
2 cupsheavy cream
½cuppowdered sugar
Whipped Cream Layer Ingredients:
2cupsheavy cream
½cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Nilla Wafer Layer Ingredients:
1small box of Nilla Wafers
Instructions
No Bake Pie Crust Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix crust ingredients with a spoon or fork to combine.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Banana Layer Instructions:
Beat vanilla and cream cheese with a mixer.
Add pudding. Mix.
Pour in heavy cream into the bowl very slowly. Beat with mixer on low speed. Mix until combined.
Slowly add powdered sugar while mixing. Mix until combined.
Whipped Cream Layer Instructions:
With an electric mixer, beat whipped cream layer ingredients until stiff peaks form.
Assemble the Pie:
Slice 3 bananas. Toss sliced bananas with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to prevent browning.
Remove crust from refrigerator.
Layer bottom of crust with thick banana slices.
Spoon all the banana pudding mixture over the bananas.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with Nilla Wafer crumbles.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Slice the last banana. Place slices on top of the pie. Serve.
Notes
Tip:Use softened cream cheese. Let the cream cheese soften slightly before using to ensure a smooth and creamy result.
Tip:Bring heavy cream to stiff peak stage. If your cream isn't whipped enough, you will not be able to pipe decorative swirls on top of your pie.
Tip:Slice the bananas when you are ready to assemble. This way they look fresh and most appetizing.
Refrigerate the banana pudding pie for a couple of hours. This pie tastes best after resting in the fridge for about 2-3 hours.
