Notes

Recipe Notes:
  • When adding toppings, use the sausage and cheese as little barriers for the egg. This will prevent the egg from spreading all over the pizza.
  • Do not overcook the pizza after adding the egg. The egg will cook quickly and the yolk will look raw but will be cooked through if you cook longer than 6 minutes.
  • If you prefer, scramble the eggs a little before adding to the pizza at the end of the cooking time.
Serving Suggestions:
  • Serve with hashbrowns and fruit.
