Rinse drumsticks under some cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
Add all dry ingredients to a large zip top bag and shake to mix well. Add chicken to bag with oil and shake until all the chicken is coated.
Let chicken marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
Spray air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken to the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 20-22 minutes, turning chicken halfway through.
Make sure the internal temperature of the chicken has reached at least 165°F before serving.
