Cookie Dough Dip Recipe

Creamy and delicious edible cookie dough dip that is perfect for everyone who loves eating raw cookie dough.

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • cooking spoon or spatula
  • electrical mixer (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • cup light brown sugar packed
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream together the cream cheese, butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.  Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and rebeat to make sure all ingredients are incorporated.

  • Fold in or carefully mix in the chocolate chips.

  • Transfer to a serving dish and serve with cookies, crackers or fresh fruit.

Notes

  • Cream cheese and butter should be almost room temperature to make sure they blend smoothly. 
  • You can add other add-ins to your cookie dough dip, such as white or milk chocolate chips, toffee bits, peanut butter chips or mini M&Ms.
