Creamy mix of cheese, chicken and hot sauce, that makes the perfect game day party snack. This buffalo chicken dip can be cooked and kept warm in a slow cooker.

Ingredients
8ozcream cheesecut into pieces
3cupscheddar cheesegrated and divided
¾cup buffalo sauce
1cupranch dressing
3cupscooked chicken breastshredded
½cupgreen onionschopped
blue cheese crumblesoptional
Instructions
In the bowl of a crockpot, combine cream cheese, 2 cups of cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and the chicken breast.
Stir ingredients together until well blended.
Cook on high heat for 60-90 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
After a good stir, top with remaining cheddar cheese and put the lid back on the pot. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.
Finally, garnish with blue cheese crumbles and green onions. Serve with chips, toasted baguette, or raw vegetables.

Serving Suggestions:
Fresh chopped vegetables: cut up carrots, bell peppers or celery
Chips: tortilla chips or pita chips
Bread: crusty bread, baguette
Tips
For best results use freshly cooked chicken breast.
Grate your own cheese. Pre-grated cheese contains additives and therefore does not provide the same amazing flavor as freshly grated cheese.
Taste your dip mixture before cooking, to adjust spiciness. Add more hot sauce for a spicier version, or dial down the heat by adding some sour cream, mayonnaise or more ranch dressing.
