Make marinade by blending all marinade ingredients plus the honey together in a food processor.
Pour marinade over chicken in a bowl or ziplock bag. Mix to combine and coat chicken. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours. Alternatively, freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost before cooking.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Spray bottom of air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Spray tops of chicken with oil or cooking spray. Cook chicken for 8 minutes. Turn chicken and cook for 7 minutes or until internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F.
Remove chicken drumettes. Serve with Family Dinners Cilantro Lime Sour Cream or your favorite dipping sauce.

You can use full size chicken drumsticks with this recipe. You will need to adjust cooking time. Use a meat thermometer to make sure your chicken is thoroughly cooked to 165°
