Crunchy, spicy and cheesy snack that's sure to please a crowd! These chipotle chicken and cheese filled pasta shells are air fried until they're crispy and gooey.
Boil pasta shells according to package instructions.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of shredded chipotle marinated chicken (or any leftover chicken) to a shell. Top with a stick of pepperjack cheese. Cover with another cooked pasta shell.
Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Put filled shells into air fryer so they aren't touching. Spray the top of pasta shells with cooking spray or brush with oil.
Air fry at 400°F for 13 minutes. Do not turn over while cooking
Remove from air fryer and serve with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
