Air Fryer Cauliflower

This quick and easy way to cook cauliflower produces an immensely flavorful side dish that goes well with most roasted meats.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower or two halves of different colors
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

  • Wash and cut cauliflower to equal size pieces.

  • Toss cauliflower florets with oil, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder and salt.

  • Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook at 400ºF for 12-15 minutes, tossing 2 or 3 times to turn them during cooking.

  • Remove from the air fryer. Serve warm or cold.

Notes

Do not use frozen cauliflower for this recipe. 
 
When cauliflower is done cooking, try tossing with ½ teaspoon of parsley or some freshly grated parmesan cheese. 
 
Use an oil that can be cooked at high heat. We like cooking with avocado oil. 
 
If you double the recipe you will need to make sure you toss the cauliflower every 3 minutes until they are done to avoid overcooking. They will need to cook a little longer if the air fryer basket is overcrowded.
