Non-Dairy Yogurt Sour Cream

Homemade dairy free vegan sour cream made with SO Delicious Dairy Free Yogurt. This sour cream is great to substitute for sour cream in baking recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz SO Delicious Dairy Free Plain Greek Style Yogurt
  • ¾ teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Put yogurt in a fine mesh strainer and drain off excess liquid.
  • Combine yogurt and lemon juice together in a glass jar or other small container. Cover.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

Notes

Non-dairy yogurt sour cream is best when used in baking.
