Amazingly flavorful sweet and sour shrimp with just the right amount of spice. Made with garlic, lime and honey, this shrimp takes just 5 minutes to cook.

Ingredients
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonhoney
2 limesjuiced (about 3 tablespoons)
2teaspoonminced garlic
¼teaspoonsalt
¼tsp freshly cracked black pepper
½teaspoonchili powder
¼teaspoonpaprika
1lbshrimppeeled and deveined
2tablespoonfresh parsley chopped (optional)
Instructions
Combine olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder in a medium bowl. Whisk well.
Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss all the ingredients to coat the shrimp.
Marinate for at least 15 minutes up to 8 hours.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and marinade.
Flip shrimp after about 2 minutes.
Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink, curled and cooked through.
Serve with parsley (optional).
Notes
Shrimp is cooked when it is pink and curls up.
If you’re in a rush you can just marinate and then cook immediately but we recommend marinating for at least 15 minutes.
