Cook ModePrevent your screen from going dark Equipment1 Instant Pot Electric Pressure Cooker Ingredients 1x2x3x▢ 6 eggs large InstructionsPlace a rack in the bottom of your instant pot. Place eggs in a single layer on rack. Put as many or few eggs as you would like just make sure they're not touching and are not stacked on top of each other. Add cold water to the bottom of the instant pot. Water should come up to the bottom of the rack but does not need to touch the eggs. Put lid on Instant Pot and seal. Turn the release valve to closed.Set timer on Instant Pot to 4 minutes. When Instant Pot is done, allow it to naturally release for 4 minutes.Remove eggs from the Instant Pot with a slotted spoon. Put eggs into a bowl full of ice water immediately. This will help stop the eggs from continuing to cook and will make them easier to peel. Refrigerate or serve immediately. Notes Do not leave hard boiled eggs out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Hard boiled eggs can be refrigerated for up to 7 days. For soft boiled eggs, cook for 3 minutes and allow a 4 minute natural release.
