TIPS FOR THE BEST RAVIOLI CASSEROLE

Follow these tips to make the best baked ravioli dish.

✔️ Grate your mozzarella from low moisture mozzarella cheese. Freshly grated cheese is better for you and melts a lot better than the cheese you buy pre-shredded.

✔️ Cover tightly. Especially if your ravioli is frozen, cover tightly when cooking. This will help it cook faster.

✔️ Top with fresh mozzarella. It’s totally optional but we prefer to top with fresh mozzarella.

STORAGE TIPS

Refrigerate: Allow to cool then store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Freeze: Cool completely then store in an airtight, freezer safe, container. Freeze for up to 3 months.

Defrosting: Defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
