PREHEAT OVEN AND PREP BAKING SHEET: Firstly, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

COMBINE INGREDIENTS: Then add all of the chicken meatballs ingredients to a large bowl and mix together by hand. The ground chicken mixture will be sticky. Wear gloves or slightly oil your hands to prevent the meat mixture from sticking to your hands while you roll your meatballs.

ROLL OUT MEATBALLS: Make 24 meatballs by rolling them between your hands so they are about the same size, and place them on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.

Tip: Use a cookie scoop to help form the meatballs so they are the same size.

COOKING TIME: Cook for 15 minutes, then turn the oven to broil until the meatballs are golden brown. If you make larger meatballs you will need to extend the cooking time.

  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
