<p><strong>COOK:</strong> Afterwards, place shrimp in an even layer in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lime and honey mixture to the non-stick pan as well. Do not discard marinade, it will turn into a yummy sticky sauce. Then keep flipping until the shrimp is pink and curled on both sides.</p>

<p><strong>Refrigerate: </strong>Firstly, let your honey lime shrimp leftovers cool completely. Afterwards transfer them to an airtight container or ziploc bag and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. </p>



<p><strong>Freeze: </strong>Freeze honey glazed shrimp leftovers in a freezer-safe container, heavy-duty freezer bag, or wrapped tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil for 10-12 months. However, do not refreeze previously frozen raw shrimp after you cooked them.</p>

<p>These are a family favorite. I love how easy these are to make. They take very little prep and can be tossed with pasta, added to a salad or just eaten with vegetables. <p>Butter: We are using salted, but if you prefer to use unsalted butter you may want to add salt before refrigerating.</p>



<p>Cilantro: If you really are a cilantro fan you can use more than what is called for in the recipe card.</p>



<p>Lime Juice: Fresh lime juice is best, but you can always use store bought if needed. If you like a more intense lime flavor you can add some fresh lime zest as well. </p>



<p><strong>Possible Variations:</strong></p>

<p><strong>MOLD INTO CYLINDER:</strong> After removing the butter from the fridge you can mold it into a cylinder with plastic wrap, parchment paper or wax paper. Return to the refrigerator. <p><strong>Refrigerate: </strong>Store cilantro butter leftovers in an airtight container or ziploc bag and refrigerate for up to 5 days.</p>
